Cherry Capital Connection's headquarters is 2 miles South of Elk Rapids and 7.5 miles North of Acme on US-31. Our driveway is between Michigan Lakes Products and Shoal Constructions on the west side of US-31. We are the last building on this drive.

Job 1 Office / Sales Assistant Full Time Seeking a well organized individual with Excellent customer service skills to work at our main office location. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher a requirement. Working knowledge of Quick Books a plus. Accounts Receivable and Payable experience a must!
Ability to answer multi line phone
system and use basic office equipment. Must be comfortable
returning and initiating support and sale calls. Applicants
must be a self starter! Front Page including HTML language a
plus. Must be comfortable moving from day to day business to
working with customers. Must be willing to learn basic
technical support techniques. Should have at least 3 years of experience.

screening, and security check.
Job 2 Customer Install Full Time Seeking a Customer Service focused individual, responsible for installing wireless equipment for the delivery of Internet services at our new and existing client locations. Must be able to follow company standards for excellent customer service skills including a friendly demeanor. Must be willing to follow protocols including paperwork, ticket system and installation standards.
Installations may require the antenna be placed on a roof. Comfort working at heights a must. Must have knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, 802.11x standards and competent use of laptop. Good understanding of client settings for web browsers and e-mail software across operating systems a plus. Knowledge of MySQL, Mikrotik, and Winbox also a plus.
Must be willing
to travel to installations, all are within a 100 mile radius of
Williamsburg/Elk Rapids. Some overnight travel may be required.
Tools are supplied by company. Should have at least 3 years of experience. Must possess a private drivers license.
Must be willing to pass an employment test, drug
screening, and security check.
Job 3 Customer Support Part time & Full time Seeking a well organized individual with Excellent customer service skills to work at our main office location. Responsible for evaluating, and providing step by step instructions to customers with issues and/or concerns. Must have excellent customer service skills including a friendly demeanor, a desire to put the customer first, and creative approach to problem solving.
Must be willing to follow protocols including paperwork and ticket system. Must have an excellent understanding of client settings for wireless cards, web browsers and e-mail software across operating systems. Must have knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and 802.11x standards.
Must be able communicate clearly and quickly with customer while also keeping fellow staff informed. Must have strong written and verbal skills. Multi tasking and prioritizing a must! Knowledge of MySQL, Mikrotik, and Winbox a plus. May require site visit to the customer.
Should have at least 3 years of experience. Must possess a private drivers license.
